Privacy Policy

Effective 5 November 2026

Happy Labs Pte. Ltd. (“Happy Labs”, “we”, “us”) operates this site. This policy explains what information we handle and the rights you have under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we receive

If you send an enquiry, we receive what you write: your name, email address, and any company, territory or other details you include. The enquiry form does not submit to a server. It opens a message in your own email application, and nothing reaches us until you send it.

What stays on your device

Your saved titles and the episodes you have watched are kept in your browser’s local storage, under the keys happylabs.list and happylabs.progress. They stay on your device and are never sent to us. You can remove them by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

What we do not do

The site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and it sets no cookies of its own. Our typefaces are served from this site, so no font service sees your visit.

Technical logs

Our hosting and network providers process technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How we use information

We use enquiries to reply to you, to discuss licensing and to keep business records. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the site or our business, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them for these purposes or as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to our using it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission.

Children

This site is for business users and is not directed at children. Some series deal with mature themes.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and revise the date above.
